Tarzan

Meet Tarzan! This shy but spunky pup was found abandoned with his brother, Terk, at a known dumping ground for animals. Though he was a bit thin and missing some fur, Tarzan was a survivor. With excellent medical care and the kindness of our staff, he learned that humans could be trusted and is now a bundle of energy who loves playing with his brother and getting treats from his favorite volunteers.

Ideal Home

Tarzan enjoys walks and is working on his leash manners. He's curious about other dogs but prefers a calm introduction. Meeting new people can be a little overwhelming for him, but with patience and a gentle approach, he blossoms into a loving companion.

Ongoing Health

Tarzan is heartworm negative, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations.

Training & Support

Tarzan is motivated by food and treats, making him a great candidate for training and enrichment. He's already started learning "sit" and thrives with a consistent daily routine of playtime, guidance, and affection.
