Meet Tink! This gorgeous 11-month-old girl is a bundle of energy and love. She came to us at just 4 weeks old, weighing a mere 2lbs, after being found in a dire state and requiring life-saving hospitalization. Now, at around 9-10 months and a healthy 45lbs, Tink is ready to embark on her next adventure: finding her forever family! She's already proven to be great with other dogs and young children, forming a special bond with her human foster brother. Tink has a wild heart and loves to be involved in everything, especially barn work. She'll happily hop on a tractor for a joyride around the arena! Tink is also cat-friendly, but she does best with confident kitties who aren't easily startled. If a cat runs, she might playfully chase, which can be frightening for the cat, and we want to avoid that. Tink would be a fantastic addition to an active family with a large, fenced property, especially if you have horses, as she's grown up around them! She'll keep you on your toes and fill your life with laughter.
Ideal Home
Tink would thrive in a home with a large, fenced-in property, ideally with a family who has experience with horses. She also does well with other dogs and young children. She can be cat-friendly, but only with cats who are dog-savvy and not prone to running away.
Ongoing Health
Tink required ER hospitalization and a blood transfusion when she was very young, but she has since made a full recovery and is spayed and vaccinated.
Training & Support
Tink is a playful pup who enjoys being involved in all activities. She may chase a cat if it runs, so understanding her playful chase instinct is important for successful introductions.
