Dolly Parton is a sweet Husky mix who was found running scared in the wetlands of SE Portland. After months of eluding rescuers, she finally darted in front of the right car and was safely brought to our shelter. Now that she's safe, Dolly is ready to spend the rest of her life showering her new family with love and gratitude. She's a truly amazing dog who deserves a second chance at happiness.
