Meet Harvey!

Harvey is a charming young puppy who we believe might be a German Shepherd/Doberman mix. He's already showing all the signs of becoming an amazing companion. Harvey is smart and sweet, already knowing commands like "sit," "down," and "leave it," and he loves to learn more. He walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys training sessions, especially when treats are involved! Harvey is highly food motivated and eager to please, making training fun and rewarding.

When he's not working on his training, Harvey loves to play with toys and entertain himself. After playtime, he’s a world-class cuddle bug who loves to snuggle and be close to his people. He's been exposed to dogs and cats in his foster home and has enjoyed playtime with other dogs. Harvey is adorable with his sleek black coat, expressive tan eyebrows, and cute tan socks.

Harvey would thrive in a home that can provide continued training, enrichment, and engagement. Adopters should be prepared for an intelligent and active dog.

Transporation

Harvey is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using the rescue's USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A surcharge of $87 applies for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
