Potpourri

Potpourri is a sweet girl who was a little shy and clingy when she first arrived, but it didn't take long for her true silly and playful personality to shine through! She was found as a stray, and while we hope her previous family might still be looking for her, each day that passes makes it more likely she needs a new loving home. Potpourri is ready to trade her stray days for a lifetime of cuddles and playtime!

Potpourri will be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped before finding her forever family.

Training & Support

Potpourri is not yet house-trained and will need patience and consistent positive reinforcement to learn. We recommend slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions with any resident dogs, allowing her time to decompress after arriving in her new home.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members, especially those under 18 and any decision-makers, should be present to meet Potpourri.
• We recommend and can arrange dog-to-dog meet and greets for your current dog(s) to meet Potpourri. Please bring proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your dog(s).

Transporation

Potpourri is located at Chicago Animal Care and Control, 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. Walk-in visitors are welcome daily from 12pm to 7pm. If you plan to adopt, please arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm can still view animals until 7pm.
