JERSEY (Adorable Puppy, Fun, Loving, Affectionate, Playful, Loves Everybody)

Jersey is an adorable, 3-month-old, medium-sized male Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog mix who is as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside. He has striking blue eyes and a gorgeous, shiny coat, hinting at his unique blend of breeds. Jersey, along with his sister Jules, had a rough start to life, being found abandoned near a busy highway, but thankfully, kind people rescued them and ensured their safety. Now, Jersey is ready to leave his past behind and find a loving family to call his own.

Ideal Home

Jersey is a happy, social, and curious puppy who loves to romp, play, wrestle, and explore. He enjoys belly rubs and soaking up all the attention he can get. Jersey is learning to love toys, cozy indoor time, and playing with other dogs. He is also young enough that he would likely adapt well to a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Jersey is microchipped and up-to-date on his vaccinations. He is currently on Credelio for flea and tick prevention and Interceptor for heartworm prevention. Before he travels, Jersey will receive a full veterinarian examination to obtain a health certificate. He will be adopted with a neuter contract, and the adopter will be financially responsible for the neuter procedure by the vet-recommended age, no later than one year old.

Training & Support

Jersey is currently working on crate training and learning all the important puppy lessons to become an amazing family companion. He is blossoming every day and learning that people can be kind and that life doesn't have to be scary.
