Meet Poppy! This gorgeous 5-year-old white husky with one blue and one brown eye is looking for her forever home. Poppy was surrendered because her previous owners welcomed a new baby, and the changes in the household made her feel a bit anxious. But don't worry, Poppy is a big sweetheart who loves to snuggle with her fosters and is a huge fan of playing fetch!

Ideal Home

Poppy would do best in a home with older children and no small animals due to her high prey drive. She'd also be happiest as your one and only pet or with a calm, non-dominant dog companion.

Poppy is a healthy girl! All medical information will be provided as part of the adoption process.

Training & Support

Poppy is impeccably trained and knows all of her basic commands. She's housebroken, crate trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. She also rides well in the car, though she can be a little nervous at first. While Poppy is generally well-behaved, she would benefit from continued socialization and positive reinforcement to help her feel more confident in new situations.
