Toby is a playful young pup who absolutely adores treats and stuffed toys! He did wonderfully during his temperament tests with other dogs, showing he can be a great companion. A sponsor has generously offered to cover Toby's alteration and rabies vaccination if he's adopted. Please remember that all behaviors are observed in a shelter environment and may differ in a new home.
