Ned

My name is Ned, and I’m a handsome boy with a beautiful coat that appears black but shines a rich brown in the sun. My adorable white toes and distinguished goatee give me a unique charm. I came from New Mexico with my siblings, Dusty and Lucky, as part of "The Three Amigos!" I'm doing my best to be a good boy, and I'm eager to learn and please my forever family.

Ideal Home

I need a home with another dog to keep me company and provide comfort, as I thrive with canine companionship. I also love to snuggle and be on the sofa, so a family that enjoys quality cuddle time would be wonderful! Sleeping in bed at night is a must for me! I am friendly with children, and I enjoy meeting new people.

Ongoing Health

I'm a fast drinker, so my foster mom rations my water to help me slow down. I also enjoy using a Snuffle Mat for my meals. I don't like the cold weather, but I'm happy to wear cute coats to stay warm.

Training & Support

I'm working on commands like "down," "stay," and "wait," and I think training classes would be a fun way for us to bond! I love to chase rolling toys, play tug-of-war, and search for treats. I'm learning not to check out the top of surfaces, and I'm getting better at signals for potty breaks, though I might have an occasional accident. I can be a little jumpy and bark when excited, but I'm working on it!
