Manford has a sweet, lovable personality that will entertain you all day. He is dog-friendly, learning his manners, and working hard on his leash skills. This big bowling ball of fun is energetic and happy 24/7; there's nothing that can darken his day! He has quickly become a staff favorite and has a reduced adoption fee.
