Dolce

Dolce is proof that age is just a number! At 8 years old and 75 pounds, this beautiful American Bulldog is still energetic, lively, and full of personality. She loves to play and is happy to romp around with other dogs. Rope toys are one of her absolute favorites, and she's always ready for a game - especially if a Kong is involved. If there's peanut butter or treats inside, she's in heaven. Dolce is a truly sweet girl who enjoys being close to her people. One of her favorite things is cuddling up, tucking her head under your chin, and sharing a good hug. She has a very affectionate, loving side and bonds closely with her people. She also loves walks and car rides. And keep an eye out – every so often Dolce gets the cutest little "old lady lips" when her lips get stuck on her teeth, and it's absolutely adorable. If you're looking for a playful, affectionate bulldog who is still young at heart and full of love, Dolce may be your perfect match.

Ideal Home

Dolce enjoys being outside and would love a home that gives her safe time to play and explore. She can live with other dogs and really enjoys their company. Dolce is very interested in cats and wants to play, but her play style can be too rough. Any cat in her home would need to be very dog-savvy, confident, and tolerant.

Ongoing Health

All dogs being adopted through Fido's Companion are vetted and fixed prior to being adopted.

Training & Support

Dolce is housetrained and does well being left out of a crate. She's still working on her mouthing and continues to improve with gentle guidance and consistency.
