Ivy

Ivy is a beautiful and sweet girl with a lovely blonde brindle coat. She weighs around 30 pounds and is a fast learner. Ivy was rescued from a neglectful situation in Arkansas, along with her puppies. She's now safe in a foster home and is quickly adapting to a loving environment. Ivy is already learning to walk on a leash and responds well to commands like "sit" with the encouragement of a treat. She's also learning to come when called by a whistle.

Ideal Home

Ivy is wonderful with children, including a 4-year-old boy, and gets along great with other dogs. She enjoys playing with her canine companions but isn't overly energetic. She can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but with affection and kindness, she warms up quickly. She would do best in a home with a playful dog who isn't too boisterous. While she is learning to sleep in a crate, she would truly love to sleep on a bed or her own bed near her people for a sense of security.

Ivy is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Ivy is learning leash manners and how to sleep in a crate. She responds well to positive reinforcement, especially with treats.
