Gizmo is a 40-pound, 1-year-old Bulldog/Terrier mix with a black coat, muscular build, and pointy ears that make her look like a cuddlier version of Batman. She's a super fun and petite girl who loves sunshine, chew toys, inspecting bugs, car rides, and getting her exercise through hiking, walking, and running. Gizmo is also friendly with people and dogs, but she's made it clear that cats are not her cup of tea – she claims they started it!
Gizmo comes pre-assembled with a number of great features: she's housetrained, crate trained, and knows how to use a doggy door. She's also people-friendly and dog-friendly, though she insists on a cat-free home.
Gizmo loves to bask in the sunshine like a solar-powered lizard, and she has a particular fascination with bugs and enjoys bird watching. She also loves car rides and feeling the wind in her amazing ears.
One day, Gizmo was caught in a storm and attacked by a stray dog, which left her with some lacerations and hurt feelings. Thankfully, she recovered, but her sweet face bears the scars of the incident. Despite attending multiple adoption events, Gizmo is still hoping for her forever home and is pleading for someone to give her a chance to be a beloved indoor pet again. Her heart truly yearns to be part of a family.
