Hilda

Meet Hilda! This loving 6-year-old Lab mix came to us with her buddy, Lucious, after their owner could no longer care for them and they were at risk of euthanasia. We stepped in and immediately took them into our care, and we're so glad we did! Hilda is a sweet, happy girl who has truly blossomed in her foster home. She is potty trained, walks well on a leash with some guidance (she's a strong gal!), and is a well-mannered companion in the home. Hilda absolutely LOVES swimming and playing in the pool with her foster siblings – she can't get enough of it! She also has a reduced adoption fee. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and children, and she loves an active lifestyle. However, she is not a good fit for homes with cats. She's a happy ham who deserves so much love!

Ideal Home

Hilda would thrive in an active home where she can enjoy her love for swimming and playing. She gets along with other dogs and children, but she is not good with cats.

Ongoing Health

Hilda is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Hilda is potty trained and walks well on a leash with guidance. She is generally well-mannered in the home.

Transporation

Hilda is located in South Carolina and is transported to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
