Willow Gentle Family Girl and Ready Bestie

Willow is estimated to be around 4 years old and weighs 78 lbs. She appears to be a Rottweiler/Lab mix, though breed and age are our best guess. Willow is a gentle, easygoing family dog who has already proven herself to be a wonderful house companion. She is happiest with a comfy place to relax, her people nearby, and a predictable routine. Willow is house trained, crate trained, and has excellent house manners. She knows "sit" and "shake," and is motivated by treats. Willow can be a bit shy in new environments but remains easy to handle. She met new dogs and a cat appropriately, generally preferring to mind her own business. She identifies as a lovable lap-dog and enjoys being part of the family.

Ideal Home

Willow would likely be happiest in a home that appreciates her calm nature and allows her a little time to settle into new situations.

Ongoing Health

Willow is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. She has also been spayed and tested for heartworm.

Training & Support

Willow knows "sit" and "shake." She can be a bit shy in new environments but is otherwise easy to handle.

Willow is currently in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue's transport system. Transport drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters).
