Meet Dixon!
Dixon is an adorable 4-year-old Pit Bull/Staffy mix with the biggest smile, the squishiest face, and a body perfectly shaped for cuddling. He looks like he's smiling 24/7 and has a way of making everyone around him happy. Dixon's favorite activities are being loved and loving people back. He leans into pets, flops onto the couch, and always finds a way to be touching his humans. He'd happily spend evenings snuggled up watching movies, acting like a lap dog.
Ideal Home
Dixon would love a home with one or two friendly, medium-to-large dog friends who enjoy playtime but also appreciate a good nap. He also enjoys being included in everyday family life, from movie nights to walks. A fenced yard is ideal for him to play, roll in the grass, and find sunny spots for napping.
Ongoing Health
Dixon is fully vetted, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventative care.
Training & Support
Dixon is described as being incredibly cuddly. He has been gentle, sweet, and loving with young children.

Transporation
Dixon is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up can be arranged in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
