Glover Fetch on Easy Street

A tennis ball enthusiast trapped inside the body of a tiny retired gentleman. That is Glover! Glover is estimated to be around 8 years old, weighs 16 lbs, and looks very much like a Miniature Pinscher/Rat Terrier mix. What we know for certain is that Glover has mastered the art of being easy company. He is the kind of dog who settles in quickly, makes himself at home almost immediately, and seems perfectly content just being part of whatever you're doing.

Ideal Home

Glover would thrive in a home that appreciates his calm presence and toy enthusiasm. While he is adaptable, he prefers a peaceful environment and is not looking for a canine playmate for roughhousing. He does object to being picked up and prefers to keep all four paws on the ground.

Ongoing Health

Glover appears to have some age-related changes to his hearing and eyesight, though he navigates his environment with confidence and seems unbothered by these changes.

Training & Support

Glover is described as incredibly low maintenance. He is happy to relax after a little exploration and is adaptable to apartment living. Having a person nearby, a few toys, and a peaceful place to call his own are most important to him.

Glover is currently being fostered in Texas. Transportation is available nationwide through our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
