About Maggie June in LA - An Absolute Sweetheart

Meet Maggie June, an absolute sweetheart who just wants to be loved by her family! Maggie June was found in Louisiana with a horrible neck wound, but she came into foster care and is all happy and healed now, ready to start the next chapter of her life. She has a medium-length and soft coat. She enjoys herding younger dogs and would do well with or without other pets in the home. She's good with everyone she meets and would be a great fit for older children. Maggie June is happy either inside or outside, splitting her time about fifty-fifty. She loves car rides and enjoys watermelon. If you're looking for a dog that is gentle and devoted to your family, then this is your girl!

Ideal Home

An active family would be the ideal home for Maggie June. She's a guardian by nature and loves to herd everyone together and keep her people close. She would do well as a leash walk only dog, or with a 5-foot fenced yard. Visible fencing is required, invisible fencing will not contain this breed.

Ongoing Health

Maggie June is all healed from a neck wound she sustained before coming into foster care.

Training & Support

Maggie June is housebroken and leash trained. She has basic obedience training and barks less than average, just to alert.
