Ashton

Ashton is a 4-year-old, 88-pound Yellow Labrador Retriever who is as happy and energetic as they come! He previously lived in a home since he was a puppy and was returned due to a family move. While this has been a big adjustment for Ashton, he's taking it all in stride and still has a big heart and an even bigger personality to match. Ashton loves to play fetch and will enthusiastically bring the ball back for another round. He thrives on activity and cherishes spending time with his people. He's a strong boy who doesn't always realize his own size but is incredibly sweet and has shown he can do well with other dogs.

Ashton is looking for a family who will be committed to him for life and provide the stability he deserves after losing the only home he's ever known.

Ongoing Health

Ashton is heartworm positive and will receive treatment here at the shelter. He will need a family committed to keeping him on monthly heartworm prevention and ensuring he receives regular veterinary care moving forward.

Training & Support

Ashton is a strong boy who may not always understand his own size. Continued guidance and positive reinforcement will help him settle into his new home.
