Meet Lola! This sweet gal was surrendered in La Paz, Mexico, in 2024 and has been waiting patiently for her perfect family ever since. Lola was born in 2022, and she's around 45 pounds of pure love and cuddles. This husky mix can't wait to find a foster family, or even better, her forever family!
Lola enjoys spending her days with dogs of all sizes and loves to play in the sun or splash around in the pool at the shelter. She's also a big fan of her weekly walks with volunteers and is wonderful with the shelter's young visitors who shower her with affection. Lola is a sweet pup with a good, playful energy level. We imagine her loving adventures in the lakes and streams of the PNW, as well as being a cozy couch potato watching Netflix with her people.
Ideal Home
Lola would prefer a home without cats, but would love a home with other kids or pups to play with.
Ongoing Health
All our dogs come spayed or neutered, with all their shots for the year, and have had multiple blood tests done prior to entering the USA from Mexico. This includes being fully up to date on shots, tested for heartworm and other diseases, microchipped, fecal tested, and current on flea medications.
Training & Support
Lola is crate and house-trained, though as with any new pup, expect some accidents during their transition into a new home.

Transporation
Lola is currently located in La Paz, Mexico, at our shelter. She is ready to venture to the PNW if she has a dedicated foster or adopter. Once a family is approved, our pups can be in the PNW within 15 days. The adoption fee for Oregon, Washington, or California is $375 USD, which helps cover her vet care and transport costs.
