Meet Nellie, a sweet and happy pup who greets everyone she meets like an old friend! Nellie has a wonderful balance of playful energy and affectionate snuggles, making her the perfect companion. She loves playtime with her favorite toys, but she's just as content stretching out for a cozy nap on the couch by your side.

Nellie gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes, making her a great addition to a home with canine companions. She is crate trained and is making great progress with her leash manners every day. Nellie wandered up to a kind family's home looking for help, and now she's committed to finding her forever home where she'll always be safe, loved, and cherished.

Ideal Home

Nellie would thrive in a home that can provide her with plenty of playtime and opportunities for snuggles. She would do well in a home with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Nellie is up-to-date on vaccinations. Puppies under 6 months of age are not spayed or neutered, but spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppy's first birthday or by your veterinarian's recommendation, at the adopter's expense.

Training & Support

Nellie is crate trained and is making great progress with her leash manners.

Nellie is currently in Texas and will be on transport arriving July 17/18th. Available pickup locations include Herculaneum, MO; Collinsville, Springfield, Bloomington/Normal, Oglesby, and Roscoe, IL; and Sun Prairie and Fond du Lac, WI.
