Ongoing Health

Forest's adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), a negative heartworm test (if he is 6+ months old at transport), a negative fecal test within 14 days of transport, a health certificate within 10 days of transport, and a registered microchip.

Training & Support

Forest is a young, energetic dog who will benefit from continued training and socialization to help him thrive.

• The adoption application and fee must be finalized and paid in full prior to receiving your dog.
