Coconut is a gorgeous little Pomeranian, around 4-5 years old and weighing 8 pounds. He's a loving boy who enjoys giving kisses about 95% of the time. Occasionally, he displays a bit of "little dog syndrome" and has a strong opinion if he doesn't want to do something, but he's very food-motivated, which helps! Coconut was quite matted, so he received a "teddy bear" haircut to help him feel more comfortable. He's also great with other dogs and is house-trained.
Ideal Home
Coconut would do best in a home without small children.
Ongoing Health
Coconut has had a "teddy bear" haircut due to matting. All animals at Wags are up to date on age-appropriate core vaccines, negative for parasites, heartworm and lyme tested if 6 months or older, microchipped, and have a current health certificate. All dogs will be altered when adoption is finalized.
Training & Support
While Coconut is house-trained, he occasionally has a strong opinion if he doesn't want to do something. He is very food-motivated, which can be a great tool for training. Proof of a basic obedience course completed is part of the adoption contract within six months.
