Latte

Latte is a sweet, 1-year-old, 52-pound Staffordshire Terrier/Retriever mix who is eager to please and loves to learn! She's a high-energy girl who is thriving in her foster home with consistent structure and positive reinforcement. Latte already knows "sit" and "down" and is working on her leash manners. She can be a bit nervous in new environments, but her foster mom is helping her build confidence by taking her to new places. She doesn't react to people or other dogs on walks and has even met small dogs and puppies. Latte is also wonderful with small children and babies, showing a gentle nature.

Ideal Home

Latte would do best in an active home that can provide regular physical exercise and continued training. She would love having another active dog to play with, as she can be very excited and bouncy around new dogs. If she is the only dog in the home, she will need daily exercise and enrichment to help her thrive.

Ongoing Health

Latte is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Latte is house-trained and does well in her crate for up to four hours. She does not appear to have separation anxiety. She is continuing to work on her leash manners and building confidence in new environments.

Latte is currently located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption donation and will be arranged on the next available transport once approved.
