Janis Joplin

Meet Janis Joplin, a sweet and curious puppy with ears a little too big for her head! She's about four months old and has a lot of growing and learning ahead of her. Janis and her siblings were found as part of a surprise litter of six, with mama dogs who were a bit overwhelmed by their new arrivals. Dad was a lab mix who has apparently been a bit elusive. Janis is half-sibling to her littermates, with both redtick and bluetick hound influences in her family tree.

Ideal Home

Janis is a social butterfly who has never met a stranger! She is great with other dogs, and even wonderful with little ones aged 1-2 years old. She thrives in an environment where she has plenty of room to roam and a family who can keep up with her energetic spirit.

Janis is curious and busy, always ready for an adventure. She'll benefit from continued socialization and training to help her grow into a well-rounded adult dog.
