Lessie

Meet Lessie, a gentle and shy girl who is ready for a second chance at happiness. She was found tied to a fence at our shelter in Mexico, but despite her past, she's incredibly sweet and enjoys the company of other dogs.

Ideal Home

Lessie thrives in a quiet, calm, and predictable environment. She would do best in a home with teens or adults and would love a big yard, a ranch, or a family that enjoys hiking. While not required, a home with another friendly dog would be a wonderful bonus for her.

Lessie is a healthy girl.

Training & Support

Lessie is a bit nervous at first and needs a patient, experienced person to help her build confidence. She is already potty-trained and leash-trained, and is making great progress with her confidence thanks to our trainers. She just needs the right person to help her truly bloom.

Transportation

Lessie is located near Bucerias, Mexico. We arrange for dogs to be transported to the US and Canada. Approved adopters will meet their new pup at the airport with a flight companion, or at Peace Arch Park at the border if a Canadian flight companion isn't available during summer months.
