Kaiser Cruz Ready for the Good Life

Kaiser Cruz is a handsome Shepherd mix with a personality as big as his adorable ears! He's approximately 8 years old and weighs about 64 lbs. Kaiser is a wonderfully balanced boy – affectionate but also independent, making him a great companion for those who work from home. He's known for his excellent house manners and will politely seek out affection when the moment is right, otherwise content to observe the world from a window or play with his toys. He's a 10/10 good boy who is loved by his foster family and is just waiting for his forever home.

Ideal Home

Kaiser would love a home with a backyard where he can enjoy the sunshine, explore, and be your gardening buddy. He enjoys neighborhood walks and adventures but is also happy to relax with you afterward.

Ongoing Health

Kaiser is a rescue and his exact breed and age are a mystery. He has received all necessary vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple deworming treatments, flea and heartworm preventatives, and a microchip. He is presumed healthy for travel.

Training & Support

Kaiser has wonderful house manners and is not overly demanding of attention. His foster family has found him to be very tolerant and sweet with children. He is also dog-friendly and has adapted well to dogs of various personalities in his foster home.

• The adoption fee is $900 and includes all vetting, transport, and a microchip with lifetime registration.
• A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.

Transportation

Kaiser is currently fostered in Houston, TX. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our rescue-run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. Transport includes real-time tracking, photo updates, and a private Facebook event page for adopters. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
