Angie Short Stack of Snuggles

Angie is a 4-year-old, 56 lb pittie mix who specializes in professional snuggling and world-class sunbathing. She's the perfect companion for anyone who loves pitties but prefers a little less chaos and a lot more couch cuddles. Angie has a soft, shiny black coat and a face that will make you want to smooch her cheeks every day. Her foster lovingly calls her a "house hippo" because she's perfectly built for comfort and makes snuggling an Olympic sport. She's a quiet, easygoing dog who loves to be by your side, napping near her favorite person or keeping them company while they work. Angie is an A+ snuggler, happiest when curled up next to you, making her the ideal "little spoon."

Ideal Home

Angie would thrive in a home with children around 6 years and older who can appreciate her calm, gentle personality. She's also happy to share her home with another mellow, respectful dog, but would equally enjoy being the one and only pet. Angie needs a cat-free home as she finds felines too interesting.

Ongoing Health

Angie is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and has been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Angie is crate trained and has proven to be a wonderful houseguest, comfortable in her kennel for up to eight hours. While generally well-behaved, she occasionally mistakes shoes and magazines for toys, so keeping tempting items put away and crating her when unsupervised will help manage this habit.

Angie is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada.
