Meet Harrison! This distinguished eight-year-old Vizsla is a vision of golden rust beauty, inside and out. Harrison is a loving and playful companion who thrives on human connection, with a particular fondness for chasing balls, exploring the great outdoors, and the pure joy of a good run. At 62 pounds, he's a substantial yet gentle soul who is happiest when he's an integral part of a family's daily life.

Harrison has already mastered commands like "sit," "paw," "come," and "no," thanks to his formal obedience training. His favorite pastimes include energetic games of fetch in the backyard, happily gnawing on durable rubber toys, and enjoying his daily walks, followed by a well-deserved nap in his cozy bed. While he's a medium-energy dog, Harrison flourishes with a consistent routine of exercise and mental stimulation, including his cherished two-mile walks several times a week.

Harrison's personality is a delightful blend of affectionate loyalty and playful curiosity. He's a constant shadow, finding immense joy in simply being by your side, and he greets new people with a friendly demeanor. However, Harrison is a dog who requires a bit of extra understanding. He can feel uneasy in tight spaces or around large, unfamiliar objects like boxes. In moments of high stress, he has bitten when he felt cornered or overwhelmed. It's important to know that Harrison is not mean or aggressive; these reactions stem from fear and discomfort rather than malice. Harrison would do best in a home without small children, as their unpredictable movements and energy can sometimes overwhelm him. He is not compatible with cats but enjoys select canine friendships.
