About Iris Darling Love
Meet Iris!
If there were an Olympic event for giving kisses, Iris would be bringing home the gold medal.
This adorable 5-month-old Staffy/Lab mix is a chocolate-colored bundle of love with the squishiest little face, floppy ears, and the sweetest puppy-dog eyes you've ever seen. She has the cutest expression that sometimes looks like a tiny pout, but don't let that fool you this girl is one of the happiest puppies you'll ever meet.
Iris has never met a face she didn't want to kiss. People? Kisses. Dogs? Kisses. Cats? Believe it or not, kisses. If you're looking for a puppy who believes affection is a full-time job, Iris is ready to report for duty. Her biggest goal in life is to love everyone she meets and make sure they know it.

This sweet girl is incredibly affectionate and cuddly. The second you sit down, Iris is already figuring out how to climb into your lap. She's convinced she's the perfect lap dog, despite growing bigger every day. If she could somehow become your shadow, your blanket, and your best friend all at the same time, she absolutely would.
Iris also adores other dogs. She currently lives with dog friends and loves to play, wrestle, cuddle, and hand out kisses to all of them. During her assessment she met dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities and handled everything beautifully. She's wonderfully submissive, playful, and social, often rolling onto her back or showering her canine friends with affection.
One of the cutest things about Iris is how soft-hearted she is. She gets so excited to meet people that she occasionally submissive pees because she's just that happy to make new friends. She approaches the world with a sweet, gentle nature and a heart completely full of love.
Iris would thrive in a home that enjoys an affectionate, people-oriented puppy. She's active enough to enjoy adventures and playtime, but at the end of the day she'd much rather be curled up next to her favorite people collecting cuddles.
While she's done well around cats with supervision, she's still young and would do best with dog-savvy cats who appreciate a curious puppy. As she continues to grow and learn, she'll benefit from positive training, structure, and plenty of opportunities to continue building confidence.
If you're looking for a puppy who loves with her whole heart, gives unlimited kisses, and thinks every day is the best day ever, Iris might just be your perfect match.
