Sapphire

Sapphire is a 6-pound female Chihuahua mix, born on November 18, 2017. She loves going for walks and spending time outdoors, but her absolute favorite thing is snuggling with her people. She's a fantastic walking partner, eager for adventures in parks and dog-friendly stores!

Ideal Home

Sapphire would thrive in an adult-only home that enjoys walks and outdoor activities. While she lives with other dogs and can coexist with respectful ones who ignore her, she would likely be happiest as an only dog. She needs an experienced owner who can supervise her to prevent nuisance barking.

Ongoing Health

Sapphire is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations, including rabies, kennel cough, distemper, parvo, adenovirus, and hepatitis. She is also on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. She has no known special medical needs.

Training & Support

Sapphire knows basic commands like "come" and "wait." She is crate-trained and rides well in the car. She can be a bit vocal if allowed, so consistent training will be key to managing her barking. She requires an experienced owner who can help her build confidence.
