Redd aka "Major"

Meet Redd, better known as Major! Major is a sweet, friendly, middle-aged gentleman who's ready to be someone's loyal best friend. With a perfect medium energy level, he's just as happy joining you for a walk or short run as he is relaxing at home and soaking up some pets. This handsome boy is well-mannered and house-trained, walks nicely on a leash with minimal pulling, and knows several commands, including sit, lay, stay, and eat. He's also a smart cookie who loves solving dog puzzles and enjoys a good game of tug-of-war with his favorite rope toy. Major is a social butterfly who gets along great with other dogs and has done wonderfully with dog sitters and canine companions. He's also fantastic with men, women, and children. Above all, Major is simply full of love. He's affectionate without being demanding, enjoys being included in family activities, and has never shown any signs of aggression. If you're looking for a kind, well-rounded companion who will happily join you on adventures and then cuddle up afterward, Major is ready to meet you!

Major would prefer a home without cats.

Ongoing Health

Major has a sensitive stomach and a serious chicken allergy, so he does best on a salmon- or seafood-based diet. He's also a fan of pumpkin and veggie purees as tasty treats!
