Meet Juliet - a gentle, resilient, and finally safe soul!
Juliet's story is one we won't soon forget. She and her companion, Romeo, were found abandoned and chained in a vacant house, with no food, water, or protection. Thanks to a concerned citizen and the Nayarit Green Patrol, they were rescued and brought to us. Juliet arrived terrified and covered in ticks, but this sweet mama has the softest heart. With time, safety, and kindness, she is blossoming, showing her gentle spirit, and learning to trust again.
Juliet is a female mixed breed (Shepherd/Aspin/Feist) born in January 2025, weighing approximately 13 kg. She is sweet, social, and is doing well with other dogs. She was underweight upon arrival but is healing beautifully and is ready for her loving forever home.

Transporation
Juliet is located in Puerto Vallarta and can be transported to approved adopters. Approved adopters are matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet them at the airport to welcome your new pup home. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border. Volunteers have successfully helped bring dogs to adopters at the border during the summer months.
