Meet Lacey, a delightful 1.5-year-old dog who's the perfect blend of adventure and cuddles! She weighs around 31 pounds, making her a wonderfully portable companion. Lacey is possibly a Boxer/Terrier mix, and whatever combination she is, it's a winning one! She's incredibly well-rounded and fits into any situation with ease.
Ideal Home
Lacey would thrive in a home that appreciates her balance of being active outdoors and a calm cuddlebug inside. She could do well as an only dog or with playful dog siblings. She can handle apartment living if her family is active and enjoys outings, but she would also love a backyard. She has shown great potential with cats and her gentle nature suggests she could be a great family dog, though she hasn't been officially tested with children yet.
Ongoing Health
Lacey is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations. She has received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworms.
Training & Support
Lacey is crate trained and treat motivated. She walks beautifully on leash and responds well to guidance. Her emotional regulation skills are exceptional; she knows when to engage and when to take a break, making her a pleasure to live with.

Lacey is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system, which includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Transport is available for an additional $87 surcharge.
