She can become anxious in new environments, so she will need time and patience to adjust and feel secure in her new home. Once she settles in, she loves nothing more than being near her favorite humans, whether that means going for walks, relaxing by your side, or simply keeping you company throughout the day. She has a calm, affectionate side that blossoms with consistency and reassurance. Because she can be anxious in new places, we are recommending that any children in her new home be 5 years old or older so they can respect her space and help her feel comfortable as she adjusts. Fleetwood Mac may do well with another dog with slow and proper introductions. If you already have a dog at home, a meet and greet at the facility is required to make sure everyone is the right fit. We have learned that Fleetwood is a little too interested in cats, so she will be required to go to a home without one. With patience, understanding, and plenty of love, Fleetwood Mac is ready to become a loyal and comforting companion for her forever family.
