Ziggy is a 55-pound bundle of joy, described as a walking serotonin supplement, approved by children everywhere. In her previous home, she was cherished as a sibling, emotional support pillow, and comedic relief, showering her human siblings with adoration. Ziggy's philosophy is simple: all humans are best friends!
She is kennel trained (and quite fond of it!), house trained, and knows basic commands. Her kennel is her "cozy studio apartment" where she enjoys her toys and contemplative naps. Ziggy approaches toys with the reverence of a collector, enthusiastically accepting any offered. While she enjoys chasing balls with Olympian enthusiasm, her "retrieve game is interpretive," often preferring to admire her chase rather than bring the ball back.
Ziggy is a devoted human-lover but politely prefers to be the only four-legged ruler of her castle, indicating "no thank you" to other animals. She walks politely on leash around them, but her ideal home would be one without other pets.
At approximately 7 years old, Ziggy possesses a blend of wisdom and silliness. She has a low-grade heart murmur, which her vet believes is likely genetic, stable, and not a cause for concern. Ziggy's "enormous" heart is simply full of love!
