Pepper

Pepper is a smart and playful adult female Pointer mix who is large and healthy. She came from a difficult situation and was found as a young pup who didn't get the attention she deserved. She has blossomed into a terrific pup who enjoys tracking animals. While her breed makes her vocal, she is not obnoxious. Pepper loves to play outdoors but will come inside to eat, sleep, and interact with her family. She is protective of her sister, who was also found alone. Pepper is comfortable wearing a collar and having a leash attached, and her foster is working on her leash-walking skills. She loves to fetch balls and is learning to return them. She can be shy and unsure of strangers and children at times, but with patience, she will be a devoted friend.

Pepper would thrive in a home that can provide her with patience and understanding, especially with new people and children.

Pepper is spayed, vaccinated, and in good health.

Training & Support

Pepper is still learning to walk on a leash and is working on returning balls when playing fetch. She can be shy around strangers and children, so continued positive reinforcement and socialization will be beneficial.
