Meet Blue, a 4-year-old American Bully mix weighing about 50 pounds who's the total package. His foster family describes him as an all-around great dog, and it's easy to see why. He's friendly, happy, well-mannered, and has settled into his foster home like he's been there forever. Whether you're heading out for an adventure or spending the evening on the couch, Blue is happiest right by your side. Blue is the kind of dog who makes your life a little brighter just by being in it. If you're looking for a loyal best friend who's equally happy playing fetch, joining you on errands, or snuggling up for a movie night, Blue is ready to fill that role.
Ideal Home
Blue is happy to be by your side for any adventure, big or small. He loves toys and enjoys a good game of fetch. He's also a big fan of car rides and will happily snuggle up on the couch with you. Like many Bully breeds, Blue can tire more quickly than some dogs, so he'll do best with moderate exercise followed by plenty of time to recharge with his favorite people. He's done well meeting both large dogs and puppies, loves everyone he meets, including kids, and adapts quickly to new routines and environments.
Ongoing Health
Blue has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
Training & Support
Blue is house-trained, crate-trained, walks nicely on leash, and already knows sit, down, stay, and paw. He's the perfect blend of playful and laid-back. Personal space isn't exactly his specialty, but if you ask him to scoot over, he's happy to listen. If something exciting catches his eye on a walk, he may pull a bit to investigate, but otherwise he's an easy companion to handle.
