He has also been neutered and completed heartworm treatment, proving his strength and will to live. Despite his past challenges, Rainer remains incredibly sweet and is looking for a loving foster or forever home. He is dog-social and does well with other dogs who understand and respect his boundaries. The shelter environment is proving difficult for this active and intelligent breed, and Rainer truly deserves a comfortable couch, a consistent routine, and a devoted person to call his own. Tripod dogs often adapt remarkably well, and Rainer is no exception, ready to run, play, and embrace life with enthusiasm.
