Lucille

Lucille is one of the sweetest dogs with the kindest soul you will ever meet! She's a happy, silly, and playful girl, but also has a sensitive side. Her foster mom says she is darn near perfect, though she might snore a little! Lucille is housebroken, knows lots of commands, and is working on her leash manners. She is currently on a weight loss journey and is looking for a home that will help her continue to slim down. Lucille also has chronic skin issues that will require long-term management, but she is a perfect girl for baths and her skin and fur are looking great now!

Ideal Home

Lucille can be worried about new people, new surroundings, and touch. She prefers to take things at her own pace and will need to live in a calm environment. She may not be the best option for a home with cats or small animals, but a home with a buddy dog would be awesome! She is an escape artist and will need supervision when outdoors.

Ongoing Health

Lucille has chronic skin issues which will require long-term management.

Training & Support

Lucille is working on her leash manners. She loves to learn and responds well to positive reinforcement with her favorite toys or treats. Her new family can sign up for the "Start over Rover" class to help them set on the right path to have the best life possible with her through training, games, and exercises.
