Meet Freckles, the wonderfully goofy and incredibly loyal boy who is just waiting to be your best friend! Freckles is a people-loving pup who thrives on attention and affection. While he enjoys his walks, he's definitely a fan of cool indoor living, especially when it's warm outside. One of his most endearing quirks is his enthusiasm for being with his person – he's been known to clear a 5-foot fence with a playful leap to join in on the fun! He has a great time with his shelter buddy, Sunny, and is always curious, observing everything that's happening around him. Freckles has truly settled in and is now a relaxed and comfortable resident at the shelter. He walks well on leash, though he might pause for a moment when he's tired, just needing a little encouragement to continue on. With his playful spirit and devoted heart, Freckles is the ideal companion for someone seeking a fun, affectionate, and always-by-their-side friend.

Ideal Home

Freckles would love a home where he can be close to his people and enjoy indoor comfort. He's good with kids and other dogs, but his adventurous spirit means a secure yard is a must for when he wants to explore.

Freckles is neutered and vaccinated. He is house-trained but may need a refresher.

Training & Support

Freckles walks well on a leash but sometimes needs a little encouragement to keep going when he's tired. His enthusiastic greetings can sometimes lead to him jumping, so continued positive reinforcement will help him master his manners.
