Quincy

Quincy is a handsome senior gentleman who was found abandoned by the side of the road in a box with his littermates. They were lucky to be rescued and given a second chance at life. Quincy was initially very fearful and untrusting due to his rough start, but with a lot of love and patience, he has come so far! He is still a bit shy and cautious, but he is also incredibly playful and curious. Quincy is a sweetheart who just needs a little encouragement and a stable environment to truly blossom into the most faithful companion.

Ideal Home

Quincy would thrive in a calm and quiet home where he can continue to build his confidence. Due to his shyness and past experiences, he cannot be placed in a home with children or male dogs. A home with a female dog might be a good fit for him, but we would need to do a meet and greet to be sure.

Ongoing Health

Quincy and his littermates were treated for fleas, ticks, and ringworm upon arrival. They were also dehydrated but are now healthy and ready for their forever homes.

Training & Support

Quincy is still learning to trust all humans and may need continued patience and positive reinforcement to help him feel secure. He is playful and curious, and with encouragement, he will surely become an even more confident and loving pet.
