He's especially sensitive around his neck due to wearing improper equipment in the past. Once Poundcake gets to know you, his affectionate side shines! He loves tasty treats, enjoys being talked to, and happily melts into pets and rubs from his trusted people. While he can show some barrier frustration in the kennel environment, he transforms into a social, happy dog when he's out in the world, eager to greet people and take in all the excitement. Poundcake is a loving boy who just needs a little understanding to show what a wonderful companion he can be.
