Marmalade a/k/a Lady

Marmalade, also known as Lady, is a true lady with an old soul. Around 3-4 years old, she's calm, gentle, and incredibly easy to live with. Marmalade is house-trained and walks beautifully on a leash. She's great with other dogs, though she doesn't necessarily need a canine companion. After a walk, she's happy to relax at your feet. She's a wonderful family companion and would be perfect for retirees or anyone looking for a low-maintenance best friend. Marmalade even showed off her Anatolian instincts by alerting her foster to a snake in the yard, happily watching over her family while still being the sweetest girl. She's not the life of the party, but she's the one quietly making your life better every single day. Marmalade was found as a stray southeast of Austin. Despite being skinny and flea-ridden, she remained happy and unjudging, showing her willingness to give her heart even after not being treated kindly by people.
