Chubby Checkers

Chubby Checkers is a sweet, young, fun-loving dog who can't get close enough to his humans. He is a certified 50 lb lap dog. He plays very well with other dogs, and tug of war is his favorite. He is genius-level fast at solving complicated treat puzzles . He is crate trained and does perfectly fine snoozing away in his crate while his foster family works during the day. He has only had ONE accident in the house since being in his foster home (good job, Chubbs, that's unheard of)!! If you are looking for a body guard, Chubby Checkers would love to provide that service for you, happily alerting you with barks when he hears a stranger at the door or near a window. Once he knows you're a friend, though, his goofy, affectionate side takes over completely. Chubby is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly, and he would thrive in a home where he can be part of the family and soak up all the love and attention he deserves.
