Ongoing Health

Sam has received comprehensive medical care before his adoption. This includes vaccinations for Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Rabies (if applicable by age). He has also been tested for Heartworm, Lyme's disease, Anaplasmosis, and Ehrlichiosis (if applicable by age), and received a full panel blood test. Sam is microchipped with lifelong free registration, has been dewormed, and treated with Bravecto for fleas and ticks. He is also spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

Sam is looking for a home that can provide him with consistent training and positive reinforcement to help him blossom.

Transporation
