Buddy

Buddy is a charming, roughly 6-year-old Cattle Dog mix who found himself in our care after a little misunderstanding involving a tug-of-war match with a sofa. Don't let that fool you, though – Buddy is a smart, friendly, and playful pup who is sure to bring a smile to your face. He's a large dog with a lively spirit and enjoys a good romp.

Ideal Home

Buddy would do best in a home where he can be the star of the show. He's not the best fit for homes with other dogs or young children, as he can be a bit sensitive in those situations. He'd likely thrive with older children (8 and up) who understand his boundaries.

Ongoing Health

Buddy is already neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations, so he's all set to join your family!

Training & Support

Buddy is house-trained, which is a huge plus! While he's generally a well-behaved boy, his past "sofa-surfing" suggests he might benefit from some continued guidance on appropriate chew toys and activities. Positive reinforcement and consistent training will be key to his continued success.
