Sophie Rose is a lovely 6-year-old girl who weighs around 110 lbs. She was rescued from a difficult situation in rural Texas, where a kind couple took in many homeless animals. Sadly, when the husband passed away and the wife became ill, SNARR NE was asked to help find new homes for these deserving dogs. Sophie Rose is an outgoing and loving dog who will greet you with a happy wagging tail, ready to shower you with affection. She has excellent house manners and enjoys staying close to her people.
Ideal Home
Sophie Rose gets along well with other dogs, but she can be protective of her food, so she'll need to be monitored or fed separately if you have another dog. She would do well in a home with calm children and would be happy as someone's sole companion or as part of a family. She is fearful of storms but finds comfort when snuggled up with her humans. Sophie Rose will also alert you if a stranger is in your yard. An adopter must be 25 or older.
Ongoing Health
Sophie Rose is up to date on vaccines and is microchipped.
Training & Support
Sophie Rose is eager to please and willing to try new things. She loves all kinds of touch, from butt and head scratches to belly rubs. She's a happy-go-lucky girl who goes with the flow.
