Etsy Bestie is an absolute sweetheart, a true "lovey dovey bestie" looking for her forever home! This approximately 2-year-old, 52 lb Cattle dog/Pittie mix radiates happiness and joy. She adores everyone she meets, melting into your side whenever possible. Etsy has a heart of gold and a smile that will brighten your day, especially with those big, expressive brown eyes. She's a hoot and her tail never stops wagging! Etsy is already house-trained, crate-trained, and eager to please, knowing commands like "sit" and "down." She walks well on a leash, only pulling occasionally when something interesting catches her scent.
Ideal Home
Etsy would thrive with a semi-active family who enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking, camping, or beach trips. She's also happy with casual playtime in the yard and loves to relax indoors, snuggling close. While she can adapt to apartment living with proper exercise and socialization, a backyard would be a bonus for her to explore and sunbathe. She has a history of being great with children as young as 5, unfazed by their energy and even allowing them to interact with her gently. She would do best with a medium-energy, male dog who enjoys company but doesn't require constant play, and she'd prefer a home without cats.
Ongoing Health
Etsy is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworms.
Training & Support
Etsy is eager to learn and responds well to treats and gentle correction. She is already house-trained and crate-trained. She can be a little shy in new environments or with new people initially, but she warms up quickly and becomes incredibly affectionate.

Etsy is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via a USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick-up points in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies to transport costs.
