Peter

Peter is a spunky, affectionate, and incredibly intelligent 2 to 4-year-old Chihuahua mix who found his way to Sky Sanctuary after being found running through the streets. From the moment he arrived, this little guy has been stealing hearts! Peter has truly blossomed in our care, always eager to learn and thriving with structure and positive reinforcement. He loves having a job to do, and watching his confidence grow has been a joy. His resilience throughout his journey has been nothing short of inspiring.

Ideal Home

Peter is happiest when he's part of the action, whether he's learning something new, soaking up affection, or curling up beside his favorite people.

Ongoing Health

Peter underwent a successful Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO) surgery and worked incredibly hard through rehabilitation. He is now graduating from physical therapy and continues to get stronger every day.

Training & Support

Peter is an A+ student who thrives with positive reinforcement and loves having a job to do.
